TRENGGALEK - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) inaugurated two multifunctional dams in East Java, Tugu Dam in Trenggalek Regency and Gongseng Dam in Bojonegoro Regency, Tuesday (30/11/2021).
"It is hoped that with the addition of these two dams, community agricultural activities will increase. Farmers will plant more often and be more productive, so that their income will increase," said President Jokowi.
The Tugu Dam was built from 2014 to 2021 with a budget of IDR 1.69 trillion sourced from the State Budget (APBN) carried out by contractor PT. Wijaya Karya and PT. APTA (KSO) and PT. Nindya Karya and PT. Minarta.
Gongseng Dam was built in 2018 with the contractor PT. Hutama Karya (Persero). The contract value is IDR 578 billion with the supervision consultant of PT. Inakko Internasional Konsulindo KSO, PT. Tuah Agung Anugrah - PT. Hilmy Anugrah. (LM)
