SGER to give interim dividends of IDR 21.09 billion

JAKARTA. PT Sumber Global Energy Tbk (SGER) announced its interim dividend distribution of IDR 21.09 billion or IDR 9 per share by the end of this month.

Michael Harold, Corporate Secretary of SGER, confirmed that this plan follows the outcome of the board of directors meeting on December 1, 2021. The budgeted funds for the interim dividend originate from the company’s net profit gained until September 2021.

The interim dividends would be paid out to the shareholders of SGER officially entered the list by December 15, 2021, at 4 PM WIB. The cum dividend in the regular and negotiation market is scheduled for December 13, 2021, followed by the cash market on December 15, 2021. Lastly, the disbursement would take place on December 24, 2021.

Based on idnfinancials.com, SGER reported a net profit of IDR 74.63 billion throughout January-September 2021. The company also kept its unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 92.82 billion.

SGER’s stock price was opened at IDR 1,155 per share in today's trading session. Then, until 9 AM WIB, it has gone 0.43% stronger, climbing 5 points to IDR 1,155 per share. (KR/ZH)
