Belanja Hitungan Detik sold another 2.54% of its portion in TNCA

JAKARTA – PT Belanja Hitungan Detik (BHD) once again divested 2.54% of its shares in PT Trimuda Nuansa Citra Tbk (TNCA) in three different transactions last week on November 26, 29, and 30, 2021. BHD gained IDR 13.91 billion by the end of the series of transactions.

In the information disclosure quoted Friday (3/12), Marius Obbert Mulia, Director of Trimuda Nuansa Citra, confirmed that BHD sold 7,885,700 of its shares for IDR 1,300 each. “The number of shares after the [first] transaction shrinks to 41,666,500 shares (9.88%), down 1.87% from 49,552,200 shares,” Mulia specified in detail.

In the second transaction, BHD discharged 2,353,200 shares for IDR 1,300 each, cutting its ownership percentage to 9.32% from 9.88%. On November 29, 2021, the said e-commerce platform once again divested 497,600 shares for IDR 1,220 each. Thus, its portion depleted again to 9.21%.

Once calculated, BHD’s profit reached IDR 10.25 billion in the first divestment on November 26, 2021. Then, by the second and third transactions, the company only scored IDR 3.05 billion and IDR 606.34 million, respectively. (LK/ZH)
