JAKARTA. The shares ownership of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) in PT Elnusa Tbk (ELSA) rises 9.99% following the transfer of shares from Dana Pensiun Pertamina (Pertamina Pension Fund).
Ari Wijaya, Corporate Secretary of ELSA, confirmed that this portion change took effect on December 1, 2021. “The ownership percentage of PHE increases to 51.10%, making PHE the reigning controlling shareholder of the company,” he added in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) earlier today (3/12).
For the record, ELSA’s stock price on the trading session on December 1, 2021, was closed at IDR 276 per share. Assuming that the transaction used this price, ELSA’s transferred shares to PHE are estimated to reach IDR 201 billion in value.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, ELSA’s total assets were reported arriving at IDR 7.0 trillion as of September 30, 2021. This oil and natural gas mining company secured revenue of IDR 5.72 trillion throughout January-September (9M) 2021, while the net profit itself amounted to IDR 37.56 billion. (KR/ZH)
