Serial System International divested 2.66% of its shares in LUCK

JAKARTA – Serial System International Pte Ltd (SSI) sold 2.66% of its shares in PT Sentral Mitra Infomatika Tbk (LUCK) for IDR 8.6 billion in two separate transactions last week. SSI is an electronic component distributor based in Singapore.

Teddy Pohan, Corporate Secretary of Sentral Mitra Telekomunikasi, claimed that SSI divested 10 million shares for IDR 420 each by the end of last week (3/12). “The total shares of SSI after the transaction amounts to 124,149,940 shares (17.35%), shrinking from 134,149,940 shares (18.74%),” he said in the information disclosure quoted Monday (6/12).

On November 30, 2021, SSI was said to have transferred out 9 million units of its shares for IDR 489 per share for IDR 4.4 billion. In the said transaction, SSI cut down its portion by 1.26% in LUCK from 20% to 18.74%.

As of October 2021, LUCK’s shares reportedly consisted of 715,749,640 units. Caroline Himawati claimed 29.2% of the shares, Josephine Handayani and Christine Herawati 14.6% each, SSI 20%, and the public (less than 5%) 21.6%. (LK/ZH)
