Hyamn Sukses Abadi gained IDR 10.99 billion from divesting HKMU’s shares

JAKARTA – PT Hyamn Sukses Abadi (HSA) sold 4.88% of its portion in PT HK Metals Utama Tbk (HKMU) for IDR 10.99 billion in a transaction last week (3/12).

Jodi Pujiyono, Corporate Secretary of HK Metals Utama, confirmed that HAS had discharged 157 million shares for IDR 70 each. “The ownership percentage of HAS falls 4.88% to 648,367,025 shares from the previous number before the transaction of 805,367,025 shares,” Pujiyono specified in detail in the information disclosure today (6/12).

After this transaction, HAS’s portion depletes to 20.12% from the initial 25% of total HKMU’s shares of 3,221,750,000 shares. As of October 2021, other shareholders of HKMU consisted of public investors 75% (all below 5%) and Andriani 10,000 shares (0%). (LK/ZH)
