VICO divested 3.78% of its shares in BVIC

JAKARTA – PT Victoria Investama Tbk (VICO) sold 360 million units of its shares placed in PT Bank Victoria International Tbk (BVIC) for IDR 180 each. The said companies are considered affiliates as Suzanna Tanojo acts as both the shareholder and commissioner.

In the information disclosure quoted Wednesday (8/12), Aldo Jusuf Tjahaja, President Director of Victoria Investama, confirmed that the transaction value of the said divestment amounted to IDR 64.8 billion. “The company’s portion dropped 3.78% to 39.81% or 3,797,237,242 units from 43.59% or 4,157,237,242 shares prior to the transaction,” he added.

As of October 2021, BVIC’s shares amounted to 9,538,152,978 units, 43.59% of which were owned by VICO. Suzanna Tanojo then claimed another 16.13%, SSB 4671 DEG 8.18%, while the public shares the rest, each having less than 5%.

On the other hand, VICO’s shares were 9,150,084,680 units. PT Gratamulia Pratama claimed 68.16%, Suzanna Tanojo 21.77%, and the public (below 5%) 10.07%. (LK/ZH)
