JAKARTA. PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR), a company that leases tens of thousands of telecommunication towers in Indonesia, arranges an interim dividend distribution of IDR 298.79 billion by the end of the year.
Adam Gifari, Vice President Director of TOWR, claimed that this plan aligned well with the decision of the board of directors of TOWR. “It had been approved by the board of commissioners on December 6, 2021,” he added in the information disclosure on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
The holder of one share of TOWR would earn an interim dividend of IDR 6. The dividends would be eligible for those whose names entered the list of shareholders by December 17, 2021, at 4.15 PM WIB.
The management designed the cum dividend date in the regular and negotiation market to fall on December 15, 2021, and December 17, 2021, for the cash market. The payment would be made on December 22, 2021, or at least ten days after the recording date.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, TOWR scored a net profit of IDR 2.58 trillion as of September 30, 2021 (9M 2021). On top of this, the company also kept its unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 11.84 trillion. (KR/ZH)
