JAKARTA – PT Bali Bintang Sejahtera Tbk (BOLA), the managing company of Bali United soccer club, placed additional capital investment of IDR 86.40 billion in PT Ekonomi Baru Investasi Teknologi (EBIT). This capital injection supports the business and portfolio expansion plan of BOLA.

In the Fairness Opinion on Transaction of the Office of Kusnanto and Partners Public Appraisal Service quoted this Thursday (9/12), EBIT increased its issued and paid-up capital by 960 million shares of IDR 100 each, totalling IDR 96 billion. In its actualisation, each shareholder of EBIT took its portion proportionally. For instance, Philemon Samuel Tanuri (PST) took 10% of the shares or IDR 9.6 billion, while BOLA claimed the other 90%.

BOLA hoped this financial boost could optimise its assets by generating a higher return rate. EBIT was newly established in September 2021, focusing on the information and technology sector that would support the company’s business activities. (LK/ZH)
