JAKARTA – PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (Persero) (SMF) has channelled loans and sharia financing of IDR 20.36 trillion by the end of Q3 2021. Most of the funds, IDR 18.18 trillion, were allocated to related parties.
In the Financial Report Q3 2021 published today (13/12), the affiliated debtor is PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BBTN). The financing distribution through BTN and its sharia unit amounted to IDR 17.23 trillion and IDR 952.09 billion, respectively. In the same period last year, the said distribution through those channels reached IDR 18.19 trillion and IDR 675.91 billion, respectively.
The company’s total revenue reportedly arrived at IDR 1.69 trillion, resulting from the interest and sharia income of IDR 1.63 trillion, the income of profit security and traded financial instruments of IDR 13.69 billion, and other sources of income of IDR 51.08 billion. In the same period last year, its total revenue reached IDR 1.73 trillion.
Although its revenue slowed down, SMA still recorded a profit growth, arriving at IDR 400.37 billion from IDR 368.80 billion. This gain resulted from the decreases in overall expenses and income taxes. (LK/ZH)
