DMMX subsidiary launches SIAP platform

JAKARTA - PT Digital Mediatama Maxima Tbk (DMMX), a pioneer in retail and consumer digital platforms with more than 115,000 Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) networks and 20,000 modern retailers, is expanding into digital e-wholesale through its subsidiary, PT DMMX Distribution Pentabenua (Pentabenua). This step was marked by the launch of SIAP, an e-wholesale platform with the tagline “affordable, easy and fast”.

Developed by Pentabenua, the SIAP platform provides warehouse management systems, vendor applications, delivery distribution systems, KPI Dashboards, and financial reports for Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) wholesale inventory and digital product management. The SIAP platform focuses on building distribution partnerships among various distribution channels, connecting manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, communities and e-commerce to end customers. In addition, the SIAP platform is also embedded with export and import features, shipping facilities, and reliable payment solutions. SIAP targets the potential of 64.2 million Indonesian SMEs as their main clients.

Didik Meiko, CEO of PT DMMX Distribution Pentabenua, said, “By leveraging the DMMX distribution channel, our expertise in the FMCG industry, and the end-to-end e-wholesale platform, we are optimistic about the promising business growth prospects. We intend to make the Pentabenua a profitable business.”

Pentabenua targets revenue in 2022 of Rp1.8 T with a gross margin of 6%-7% and a growth forecast of at least 80% annually in the next 3 years, with business growth coming from the addition of coverage area, additional number of customers, complete range product assortment, and utilize the community as a distribution channel.
