JAKARTA – PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF) obtained a term loan facility of IDR 1 trillion from PT Bank Permata Tbk (BNLI), effective from the end of November 2021. Reynaldi Hermansyah, President Director of Indonesia Infrastructure Finance, announced this news in the information disclosure quoted Monday (13/12).

It was mentioned that the said facility would be utilised to fund infrastructure projects in Indonesia. “Since it took effect on November 24, 2021, the company has yet to withdraw any amount of money until today,” Hermansyah explained.

The said facility is added to the portfolio of credits obtained by IIF from several banks this year. For instance, in October 2021, the state-owned company acquired a financing facility of IDR 500 billion from Bank Danamon and another IDR 2 trillion from Bank Mandiri in November 2021. With the BNLI’s loans taking place, IIF has now accumulated loans of IDR 3.5 trillion in total.

For the record, IIF posted loan distributions of IDR 9.35 trillion as of September 2021. Meanwhile, the obtained loans amounted to IDR 3.65 trillion, balanced by its total equity of IDR 2.16 trillion. (LK/ZH)
