Protelindo to undergo debt refinancing of IDR 3.05 trillion

JAKARTA – PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo) would arrange a bank debt refinance worth IDR 3.05 trillion. The fund source would come from the offering of the Shelf-Registration Bond II Phase II Year 2021 that starts on Tuesday (14/12).

In the published short prospectus, the management is said to offer Bonds Phase II 2021 of IDR 3.34 trillion in three series. They are Series A of IDR 1.01 trillion, Series B of IDR 1.59 trillion, and Series C of IDR 744 billion. The tenors vary, from one year, three years, and five years.

As of June 2021, Protelindo recorded total short-term liabilities of IDR 6.91 trillion, long-term bank debts maturing within a year of IDR 2.85 trillion, leasing debts of IDR 299 billion, and bonds debts of IDR 35.96 billion. Furthermore, its total long-term liabilities amounted to IDR 17.05 trillion, including the long-term bank debts maturing in a year of IDR 12.32 trillion, leasing debts of IDR 1.54 trillion, and bonds debts of IDR 2.17 trillion.

The assigned underwriters for the bond issuance are PT BCA Sekuritas (affiliate) and PT Mandiri Sekuritas. (LK)
