Hyamn Sukses Abadi divested another 17.01% in HKMU

JAKARTA – PT Hyamn Sukses Abadi (HSA) once again sold off its shares in PT HK Metals Utama (HKMU) of 17.01% in two separate transactions occurring last week (9-10/12). Total funds collected from the divestment reached IDR 33 billion.

Jodi Pujiyono, Corporate Secretary of HK Metals Utama, confirmed that HSA discharged 150 million units of its shares for IDR 60 each last week (10/12). “The previous shares percentage was 7.71%, equal to 248,367,025 units, which now depleted to 98,3367,025 shares,” he said in the information disclosure quoted Tuesday (14/12).

In the said divestment, HSA secured fresh funds of IDR 9 billion. After the transaction, HSA’s portion fell to 3.05% of the entire issued shares of HKMU.

The day before, on December 9, 2021, HSA also divested 12.42% of its shares, equal to 400 million shares of IDR 60 each, with a total fund of IDR 24 billion. This transaction cut HSA’s portion to 7.71% from 25%, or from 648,367,025 shares to 248,367,025 units.

Furthermore, as previously mentioned, on December 3, 2021, one of the shareholders divested 4.88% of its shares, thus making its portion drop from 25% to 17.01%. (LK/ZH)
