22 December 2021 08:43

JAKARTA. PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (Metland) (MTLA) seeks growth in the marketing sales of 15% next year. Meanwhile, by the end of November, its revenue has met 92% of this year’s target.

Olivia Surodjo, Director of Metropolitan Land, stated that in order to attain the said target, her company would implement several strategies, including expanding the development for the previously planned area and adding new facilities. Other strategies involve developing new products according to the market trend and needs.

This year, MTLA aims to secure marketing sales growth of IDR 1.6 trillion, comprising presales and recurring revenue. “The marketing sales until November 2021 are still on target,” Surodjo disclosed. Thus, she is optimistic about reaching this year’s target as the company has realised 92% of the target, amounting to IDR 1.6 trillion by the end of November. This gain is 38% higher year-on-year (yoy).

Surodjo’s confidence in achieving this year’s target is supported by the number of house sales in several projects and the Government-Borne Value Added Tax incentive program. It was also further fueled by the low reference interest rate set by Bank Indonesia and other attractive promos provided by Metland. (AM/ZH)
