JAKARTA. Next year, PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR) aims for well-distributed performance growth in all business segments, highlighting the heavy equipment segment, whose growth is predicted to reach over 20%.

Sara K Loebis, Corporate Secretary of United Tractors, mentioned that in 2021, Komatsu heavy equipment sales are targeted to reach 3,000 units. Until November, its sales had clocked up to 2,950 units.

Sales in November proliferated massively by 99.19% from the number reported in the same period last year of 1,481 units. “In 2022, the target would be 3,700 units,” Loebis confirmed earlier today (23/12). With this new target next year of 3,700 units, it indicates that the targeted growth would be 23.33% compared to this year’s target of 3,000 units.

In terms of coal production from PT Pamapersada Nusantara (Pama), in 2021, the target was set to 115-118 million tons of coals. Meanwhile, the coal production from PT Tuah Turangga Agung (TTA) was targeted to secure 8-9 million tons in 2021. By the end of November 2021, there had been 8.48 million tons of coals. Then, in 2022, TTA projected sales growth to increase around 8%.
