JAKARTA - On December 22, 2021, PT SF Digital Commerce, a company owned by PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk (FREN) effectively 99.9% through PT SF Digital Terdepan and Fonixtree Digital Singapore Ltd (FDSL) has signed a Joint Venture Agreement for the establishment of PT Nuri Gaya Citra (NGC).
FDSL is a company affiliated with Whale Cloud Technology Co. Ltd. as part of the Alibaba ecosystem and an important partner of the Alibaba Cloud software services ecosystem focused on being a leading global company in data intelligence technology, and as a global leader in digital transformation.
NGC was established with the aim of providing digital value-added services to the company's customers and is expected to increase customer engagement. At the initial stage, the paid-in capital for the joint venture was Rp7,250,000,000. (LM)
