Andre Abdi sold off 150 million units of his shares in ARII

JAKARTA – Andre Abdi, one of the shareholders of PT Atlas Resources Tbk (ARII), divested 150 million shares, which he directly and indirectly owned through PT Calorie Viva Utama (CVU), for IDR 37.5 billion. The said divestment took place last week (29/12) for the purpose of meeting the company’s needs.

In the information disclosure quoted Friday (7/1), Andre Abdi sold his personal shares of 50 million units for IDR 250 each or IDR 12.5 billion in total. Accordingly, his portion depletes from 18.955% to 17.358% after the said transaction.

Additionally, Andre Abdi also sold his shares through CVU of 100 million units for IDR 250 each or IDR 25 billion, cumulatively. Thus, CVU’s portion in ARII now slides off to 34.832% from prior to the transaction of 38.026%.

As of November 2021, ARII’s shares reportedly reached 3,131,000,000 units, 18.955% of which belonged to Andre Abdi. CVU then claimed another 38.026%, DB Singapore DCS A/C DB 9.677%, and the public 33.342%. (LK/ZH)
