JAKARTA – PT Capri Nusa Satu Properti Tbk (CPRI) predicts to gain IDR 8 billion by the end of 2022, considering the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. In 2020, its revenue (unaudited) totalled IDR 3.72 billion.

Jansen Surbakti, President Director of Capri Nusa Satu Properti, said that the management would continue to follow the regulation and participate in government programs designed to reduce the COVID-19 spread. “The initial occupancy of Jambur Djawata Building was reduced by the management, from 800 people to only clients with particular events involving 200 occupants,” he explained in the public expose, quoted today (7/1).

Although the occupancy level of the building managed by CPRI was decreased in accordance with the state programs to slow down the COVID-19 pandemic spread, the management would proceed with the expansion by opening up a restaurant in the said building. “It is to attract the attention of people around the area and market the rentable offices in Jambur Djawata,” he said.

Additionally, the CPRI management aims to collect revenue from leasing the Raden Inten building in East Jakarta and Jatiwaringin, Pondok Gede, Bekasi. The raised funds from the building lease might reach IDR 5 to 6 billion, while the restaurant could generate approximately IDR 1.8 billion. Thus, the profit is estimated to reach IDR 1.5 billion.
