JAKARTA. The management of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA) projects that its revenue will increase 20%-25%, while its gross profit will grow 12%-15% in 2022.
The said prediction of performance growth in 2022 is made based on the management’s evaluation of raw materials demands, essential energy, and positive investment trends.
Suresh Vembu, Director and Corporate Secretary of AKRA, believed that Indonesia’s investment growth in 2022 and significant development of Java Integrated Industrial And Port Estate (JIIPE) made last year will attract more investors to the said special economic zone.
On the other hand, AKRA also sees a positive outlook in its trading segment coming from the distribution and increasing numbers of BP AKR outlets. Vembu stated that this event could boost AKRA’s performance in 2022 and attain that double-digit growth rate. “We are also confident in maintaining the cash flow and financial balance of AKRA in 2022,” he further added yesterday (12/1).
