JAYA to pay interim dividends of IDR 3 per share

JAKARTA. PT Armada Berjaya Trans Tbk (JAYA), a transportation company established in 2012, arranges an interim dividend distribution of IDR 3 per share of IDR 2.25 billion in total.

Jap Astrid Patricia, President Commissioner of JAYA, stated that the plan aligns with the decision of the company’s board of directors. “It has been approved by the board of commissioners on January 11, 2022,” she added in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) earlier today (13/1).

The interim dividends would be channelled out to the shareholders whose names are inside the Shareholder List by January 25, 2022, at 4 PM WIB. Meanwhile, the payment would be made on February 10, 2022.

Based on idnfinancials.com data, JAYA recorded a net profit of IDR 3.89 billion by the end of September 2021. The company also kept its unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 6.73 billion and total equity of IDR 69.97 billion.

As of December 31, 2021, 33.06% of JAYA’s shares were still controlled by PT Prima Globalindo Logistik Tbk (PPGI), while another 26.94% was claimed by Darmawan Suryadi SM, a commissioner of the company. Then, the remaining 40% belonged to public investors. (KR/ZH)
