JAKARTA. PT Metropolitan land Tbk (MTLA) will budget its capital expenditure (CapEx) of IDR 650 billion in 2022. This amount will then be spent on developing infrastructures in several residential projects.

Olivia Surodjo, Director of MTLA, claims that the CapEx allocation is intended to cover the payment for constructions of Horison Ultima Kertajati and Metland Hotel Puri and land acquisition.

Furthermore, the company plans to take on other projects. These include building Metland Hotel Puri, a three-star hotel in Metland Cyber City, completing Royal Venya Ubud Hotel in Bali and Water Play as an additional amenity in Grand Metropolitan Mall Bekasi, and developing areas in housing projects such as Waterland in Metland Cibitung.

As quoted in Kontan.co.id, with all these projects on hand, Surodjo expressed her confidence in MTLA to secure the 2022 marketing sales target of IDR 1.8 trillion, higher than IDR 1.6 trillion last year. (AM/ZH)
