RUNS takes over 60.11% of SKI for IDR 9.73 billion

JAKARTA – PT Global Sukses Solusi Tbk (RUNS), a software system company, has bought 60.11% of PT Solusi Kampus Indonesia’s (SKI) shares for IDR 9.73 billion. The acquisition of this company is intended to support the digital link-and-match ecosystem formation between the business and education sectors.

In the information disclosure quoted on Monday (17/1), Nizar STP, President Director of Global Sukses Solusi, confirmed that SKI would become RUNS’s subsidiary following this transaction. “It will bring strategic profit to the company, considering that SKI’s business prospects in the information and communication service sector and its software sales in the education sector are still very much immense and wide open,” he added.

RUNS is acquiring 450 shares of SKI for IDR 4.09 billion from previous shareholders. They include 232 shares of PT Gamatecho Indonesia (GI), 76 shares of Awaludin Zakaria, 96 shares of Nanang Ruswianto, 46 shares of Adityo Hidayat, and 620 newly issued shares by SKI. They all amount to IDR 5.64 billion in total. According to the equity evaluation report, by the end of September 2021, SKI’s shares are assumed to be worth IDR 9.11 million per share.

SKI’s authorised capital currently amounts to 4,000 shares, while its issued and paid-up capital reaches 1,160 units, and its portfolio contains 2,840 shares. Thus, RUNS’s portion in SKI will be equal to 1,070 shares or 60.11% of SKI’s total issued and paid-up capital of 1,780 shares. (LK/ZH)
