JAKARTA – PT Nippon Indosari Corporindo Tbk (ROTI) allocates IDR 374 billion to repurchase 220 million of its shares (buyback). The purchasing price is set to IDR 1,700 each.
In the information disclosure quoted on Wednesday (19/1), Arlina Sofia, Director of Nippon Indosari Corporindo, confirmed that this corporate action will last for three months, starting this week (21/1) until April 20, 2022. “The company has assigned BCA Sekuritas as the security company to mediate the buyback transactions,” she added.
According to Sofia, this corporate action is the fourth buyback of the company and will not affect the company’s revenue. The total funds used in this buyback originate from the company’s internal cash. (LK/ZH)
