JAKARTA. Businessmen Jerry Ng and Garibaldi ‘Boy’ Thohir will arrange a tender offer of PT BFI Finance’s shares worth IDR 10.96 trillion.
The said action will be performed through Trinugraha Capital & Co SCA (TC) by purchasing 9,131,865,960 shares for IDR 1,200 each. That number represents 57.19% of the entire issued and paid-up capital in BFIN. This information is laid out in the prospectus published in media on Thursday (20/1).
The offering price is set to IDR 1,200 per share after calculating the average stock price 90 days prior to January 20, 2022. With the said fixed price, the tender offer will be worth approximately IDR 10.96 trillion.
This tender offer is scheduled to obtain an effective statement from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) on February 18, 2022. Meanwhile, the tender offer statement will be out on February 21, 2022. (AM/ZH)
