JAKARTA. PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk (SAME) obtains a credit facility of IDR 1 trillion from PT Bank HSBC Indonesia. The said facility will be used to fund its operational activities.
The said credit facility, signed on January 17, 2022, has a 60-months tenor. In that facility agreement, PT Sarana Meditama International, PT Kurnia Sejahtera Utama, PT Sarana Meditama Anugerah, and PT Elang Medika Corpora are the guarantors of this credit agreement.
Rahmiyati Yahya, Corporate Secretary of Sarana Meditama Metropolitan, confirms that the company will channel the said credit facility to the working capital. It will also fund acquisitions or investments, support business activities, or cover operational expenses of the company, as long as they are related to the healthcare provider business.
“There is no material impact that will jeopardise operational, legal, financial condition, or sustainability of the company,” Yahya reaffirmed in the information disclosure in the stock exchange yesterday (19/1). (AM/ZH)
