JAKARTA. PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (PWON) set the marketing sales growth target to 28.6% this year. In order to support this objective, Pakuwon Jati will launch property products in Bekasi and Surabaya.

Minarto Basuki, Financial Director and Corporate Secretary of Pakuwon Jati, claimed that in 2021, the company recorded marketing sales of IDR 1.4 trillion. The said amount mostly originated from landed houses sales, contributing 52%. In comparison, in 2020, landed houses sales only brought in 37% of the revenue.

“In 2022, the marketing sales target increases to IDR 1.8 trillion [or climbing 28.6% year-on-year (yoy)],” Basuki announced, as quoted by Bisnis last week. Soon, PWON will introduce two high-rise residential properties, Pakuwon Bekasi and Pakuwon Mall Surabaya.

For the record, PWON’s sales began to recover in Q4 2021 after the lockdown restriction in Q3 2021. (AM/ZH)
