JAKARTA – PT Selaras Nusa Citra Perkasa Tbk (SCNP) receives the extension of its revolving credit facility worth IDR 10 billion from PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (BNGA). Director of SCNP, Donny T Herwindo, announced the news in the information disclosure quoted Monday (24/1).
According to Herwindo, the said current account credit matured by September 27, 2021. However, with this extension grant on hand, the facility will still be available until March 17, 2022. “The floating interest rate is 9% per year, which changes in time according to the market condition,” he stated.
The guarantee for this facility is land and building of 80,192 m2 and 30,222 m2 worth IDR 144.93 billion in total. The said guarantee is equivalent to 41.25% of SCNP’s total equity as of March 31, 2021, of IDR 351.34 billion. (LK/ZH)
