ATIC sold 51% of DEX’s shares for IDR 76.5 billion

JAKARTA – PT Emporia Digital Raya (EDR), a subsidiary of PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk (ATIC), transferred out 51% of PT Indonesia Digital Exchange (DEX) for IDR 76.5 billion to PT Cipta Aset Digital (CAD). The transaction took place last week (19/1) in Jakarta.

In the information disclosure quoted today (24/1), it is mentioned that the total traded shares equal 15,300 units, equivalent to IDR 15.3 billion. Thus, the said transaction added a higher value to ATIC for the investment made by EDR in its subsidiary, DEX. The transaction value is equal to 23.87% of ATIC’s equity by September 2021 of IDR 320.46 billion.

EDR’s authorised capital is IDR 200 billion, while its issued and paid-up capital amounts to IDR 10 billion. The shareholders comprise ATIC of 99.99% and PT Kintamani Berkah Alam Raya of 0.01%. Meanwhile, DEX has an authorised capital of IDR 5 billion, while the issued and paid-up capital reaches IDR 30 billion. EDR owns 51% of them, leaving CAD with another 49%. Lastly, CAD’s issued and paid-up capital amounts to IDR 10 billion, 99% of which is controlled by Lauw Swan Hie Samuel, while Andrea Andreyanto claims the 1% remaining. (LK/ZH)
