JAKARTA. PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BBTN) allows partnership opportunities with financial technology companies (fintech) as a way to face the digital disruption era.
Haru Koesmahargyo, President Director of BBTN, claimed that his company would actively reach out to fintechs that provide digital banking services. In the company’s working meeting last week (21/1), he revealed that BBTN is developing a digital mortgage ecosystem.
Furthermore, Koesmahargyo also specified that this partnership would be made with start-ups that support super apps. This super application will be responsible for the property sector, creative design, digital marketing, and online research, all parts of the optimalisation of the BTN Properti super application development.
According to Koesmahargyo, the company has laid out several initiatives, including transforming branch offices to focus on sales and services and expanding credits to support the housing ecosystem. (AM/ZH)
