SERANG - PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Banten Tbk (BEKS) is trying all out to pursue the credit growth target of up to IDR4.8 trillion by 2022. As of September 2021, Bank Banten's credit was recorded at IDR3.15 trillion. One of the efforts being made by the company is encouraging its millennial employees to participate in marketing consumer credit products to ASN customers within the Banten Provincial Government.
Through a program titled Young Banteners For Profit (YB4P), 16 Banteners in the first batch were deployed to #SisirKP3B and providing services to ASN customers who need credit. The YB4P program is organized by the Human Capital Division together with the Credit Division.
The President Director of Bank Banten said that this program is also a tangible form of excellent service provided by the company to customers. “Entering the beginning of the year, of course there are quite a lot of customers who need funding support. That's why we mobilized banteners to pick up the ball immediately. This initiative is in line with our efforts to sharpen our target audience and focus on the Banten captive market which is our expertise.”
Currently the Banten Province APBD reaches IDR 12.7 trillion, with the RKUD management carried out by Bank Banten. The credit opportunities from 4,200 Banten ASN customers have an estimated maximum credit potential of IDR 2.5 trillion. (LM)
