JAKARTA - PT PP (Persero) Tbk, one of the leading, best and largest construction and investment companies in Indonesia (PTPP) attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the IT Mandiri Bumi Slipi Building project which was held on Thursday (27/01).
The construction project for the IT Mandiri Bumi Slipi Building was carried out with an implementation period of 685 (six hundred eighty five) calendar days and is targeted to be completed by the end of 2023. This project owned by PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk ("Bank Mandiri") is done by KSO by PTPP and Arkonin using the Design & Build method. Armed with the experience and quality of work produced by PTPP in working on various types of projects in Indonesia, especially high-rise buildings, PTPP was trusted by Bank Mandiri to work on the construction of the Bumi Slipi IT Mandiri Building. The IT Mandiri Bumi Slipi building is one of Bank Mandiri's landmark buildings located on the ex housing estate of Griya Bumi Slipi, Jalan S Parman, West Jakarta.
The scope of work carried out by PTPP includes: planning work, preparation, landscape work, structural work, steel work, architectural work, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing ("MEP") work, etc. The IT Mandiri Bumi Slipi Building was built on an area of 11,303 m2. The building, which is planned to be built as high as 32 (thirty two) floors, has a total building area of + 70,028 m2. Equipped with a parking building as high as 6 (six) floors and 1 (one) basement floor with an area that can accommodate a total of 418 (four hundred and eighteen) car lots and other supporting facilities, such as: mosque, food court, commercial area, sports area and landscaping. on top of the building.
