JAKARTA. Through one of its subsidiaries, PT Diamond Food Indonesia Tbk (DMND) has acquired PT Telunjuk Komputasi Indonesia (TKI), the managing company of the recommendation and price comparison service, Telunjuk.com.
Remanja Dyah Intansuri, Corporate Secretary of DMND, revealed that the acquisition was performed through PT Sukanda Djaja. On January 26, 2022, Sukanda Djaja signed a conditional sale and purchase agreement alongside TKI. The agreement stated that the number of shares bought by Sukanda Djaja amounted to 80.190 units.
“It represents 81% of the entire issued and paid-up capital of TKI,” Intansuri added in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange.
It was not mentioned how much money was spent by Sukanda Djaja to purchase those shares. However, DMND claimed that the transaction value did not exceed 30% of its total equity.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, DMND reported total equity of IDR 4.87 trillion by the end of September 2021. Therefore, the total value of this transaction is supposedly no higher than IDR 973.3 billion. (KR/ZH)
