Issuing bonds, Reliance Finance seeks IDR 400 billion

JAKARTA. PT Usaha Pembiayaan Reliance Indonesia (Reliance Finance), a financing company under PT Reliance Capital management, initiates to raise fresh funds of IDR 400 billion by issuing Bonds I REFI Year 2022.

The said bonds have been registered to Indonesia Central Securities Depository (lit. Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia/KSEI) earlier today (2/2), comprising three series. Series A is offered with a face value of IDR 100 billion, an 8% annual interest, and a 370-days tenor. Series B will be worth IDR 100 billion, equipped with a 9% interest per year and a 36-months tenor. Lastly, Series C will be issued for IDR 200 billion with a fixed interest rate of 9.5% per year and a 60-months tenor.

The public offering period of these bonds will take place from February 3 to 4, 2022. The electronic distribution will then follow on February 9, 2022, concluded with the listing on Indonesia Stock Exchange on February 10, 2022.

Reliance Finance has appointed PT Reliance Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (RELI) as the underwriter. It is worth mentioning that RELI is an affiliate of Reliance Finance.

Based on idnfinancials.com data, 84.97% of Reliance Finance is under the control of Reliance Capital Management. The latter is also recorded as the controlling shareholder of RELI, owning 86.49% of its shares. (KR/ZH)
