Marketing sales of Jababeka hit IDR 1.42 trillion, surpassing the 2021 target

JAKARTA. PT Jababeka Tbk (KIJA), a property developer focusing on industrial areas, reported generating marketing sales of IDR 1.42 trillion in the fiscal year 2021.

The said realisation was 1.3% higher than the previously specified target in 2021, which was IDR 1.4 trillion. The marketing sales realisation of KIJA in 2021 proliferated 58% year-on-year (yoy) or compared to the position in 2020.

The said 2021 marketing sales are supported by sales generated from Cikarang industrial zones, which brought in IDR 923 billion or 65% of the total amount. The area sold in Cikarang reached 26.5 hectares in total.

Then, Kendal industrial zone also managed to generate IDR 497 billion or 35% of 2021 marketing sales. The marketing sales in Kendal in 2021 almost doubled the previous year’s performance. The total area sold in Kendal in this period was 31.7 hectares.

Lastly, Tanjung Lesung industrial area only returned IDR 65.6 billion or 5% of total marketing sales of KIJA in 2021. The realisation of marketing sales in Tanjung Lesung shot up by 17% yoy.

Muljadi Suganda, Corporate Secretary fo KIJA, predicted that the prospects of industrial zones this year would be better than 2021. “The company aims to score real estate marketing sales of IDR 1.7 trillion,” he confidently stated in the official release. (KR/ZH)
