Marketing sales of BSDE reached IDR 7.7 trillion in 2021

JAKARTA. PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE), a property and real estate developer under Sinar Mas Group, recorded marketing sales of IDR 7.7 trillion in 2021.

The said amount was 10% higher than the previously set target, according to Hermawan Wijaya, Director of BSDE. “It is a testament of how high the consumers’ interest in our available property products,” he claimed in the official release today (14/2).

In comparison to the previous year, the marketing sales of BSDE climbed 19%. In 2020, BSDE only scored IDR 6.5 trillion in marketing sales.

The residential segment became the biggest contributor to BSDE’s total marketing sales in 2021, generating IDR 5.2 trillion of 68% of the total sales. Products included in this segment consist of Quantis Signature, The Blizfield, and Kazumi and Kiyomi at The Zora.

Meanwhile, based on the development area, the highest contributor to the marketing sales is BSD City. Its contribution dominated 54% of the sales, followed by Nava Park of 14%, Zora 8%, Grand Wisata 8%, Kota Wisata 6%, Legenda Wisata 2%, and Grand City Balikpapan 2%.

In addition to the residential segment, the commercial segment helped to bring in IDR 2.1 trillion, or 28% of BSDE’s marketing sales, in 2021. Meanwhile, another IDR 332 billion or 4% of total marketing sales came from land plot sales to joint ventures. (KR/ZH)
