JAKARTA. PT Capital Strategic Invesco, the controlling shareholder of PT Capital Financial Indonesia Tbk (CASA), issues its first Medium Term Notes (MTN) this year with a face value of IDR 700 billion.
According to the official statement released by Indonesia Central Securities Depository, the said securities would be offered with a fixed annual interest rate of 8% per year and a tenor of three years (lit. Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia/KSEI). The first interest payment will be channelled on May 17, 2022.
In the MTN issuance, Capital Strategic Invesco assigns PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk (BJBR) as the monitoring agent. Meanwhile, the arranger of the MTN issuance will be PT Shihan Sekuritas Indonesia.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, Capital Strategic Invesco owns 74.45% of CASA. Other than CASA, Capital Strategic Invesco also manages other companies engaged in the financial service business, such as PT Pacific Life Insurance and PT Pacific Life Insurance Syariah.
As previously mentioned before, Capital Strategic Invesco has never issued MTN before, making this recent MTN issuance the first that Capital Strategic Invesco ever conducted. (KR/ZH)
