Sampoerna Agro offers IDR 830.5 billion bonds starting February 23, 2022

JAKARTA. A plantation company, PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk (SGRO), plans to issue its Shelf-Registered Bonds I Phase III Year 2022 worth IDR 525,385 billion and Sukuk worth IDR 305,115 billion. The public offering of these securities will begin on February 23-24, 2022.

In the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange yesterday (14/2), the issuance of bonds and sukuk had previously obtained its effective statement on February 5, 2020. The bonds will be offered in two series. Series A of IDR 75 billion is equipped with an annual interest rate of 7.15% and a three-year tenor. Series B is worth DR 450,385 billion, with an interest rate of 8.40% per year and a tenor of five years.

The sukuk will also be offered in two series. Similarly, Series A will be offered for IDR 75 billion, with an ijarah instalment yield of IDR 5,362,500,000 per year and a three-year tenor. Series B is worth IDR 230,115 billion, equipped with an ijarah instalment yield of IDR 19,329,660,000/year, with a five-year tenor.

PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo) has given an “A” rating (single A) for the upcoming bonds and sukuk.

The allotment for the order is scheduled for February 25, 2022. The refund will follow on March 2, 2022, simultaneously taking place with the electronic distribution of bonds and sukuk on the same date. Lastly, the listing is set for March 4, 2022. (AM/ZH)
