Alam Sutera sets the marketing sales target to IDR 3.4 trillion

JAKARTA. PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk (ASRI) is optimistic that its marketing sales can reach IDR 3.4 trillion, 6.25% higher than the marketing sales realisation of 2021 of IDR 3.2 trillion.

Lilia Sukotjo, Marketing Director of Alam Sutera Realty, believed that the said target would be supported by the sales from the new modern housing cluster launch, Sutera Sawangan by Alam Sutera, which aims to score sales of IDR 250 billion.

In order to support this objective, the company also relies on other undergoing projects, for instance, the second stage of the Sutera Winona project in Tangerang and the Elevee Penthouse and Residences Alam Sutera apartment project. Sukotjo revealed the information, as stated in Kontan yesterday (17/2).

As of September 2021, the company managed to boost its performance, scoring 60.4% year-on-year (yoy) revenue growth. With this amount of increase, the company succeeded in cutting down its net loss to IDR 139 billion from IDR 1 trillion loss reported in September 2020. (AM/ZH)
