JAKARTA – RANS Entertainment, a production house owned by the celebrity power couple, Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina, will become one of the shareholders of NOICE. NOICE is a digital audio platform managed by PT Mahaka Radio Digital (MRD).
Andrian Syarkawi, President Director of PT Mahaka Radio Integra Tbk (MARI), claimed that the extra capital from RANS Entertainment would be spent on the content and technology development of NOICE. “The date and the amount of capital injection channelled by RANS cannot be disclosed yet as it is bound to the confidentiality of the agreement,” he explained in the information disclosure quoted Tuesday (22/2).
According to Syarkawi, MARI is the indirect holder of 45.08% of NOICE. Meanwhile, MRD, the managing company of NOICE, is a subsidiary of Creative Audio Stream Technology Pte Ltd. “RANS will gain control over NOICE indirectly, and MARI will still be the controlling shareholder of NOICE even after the new company enters the shareholder list,” he reaffirmed.
It was also mentioned that the said audio digital platform was yet to be monetised. Thus, it has not been able to contribute any revenue to the company. NOICE is currently under development to enhance operational indicators from its users. (LK/ZH)
