BUMI secured IDR 2.51 trillion from the private placement

JAKARTA – PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) gained extra fresh funds of IDR 2.51 trillion from the private placement of 34,498,048,045 series C shares with an execution price of IDR 73 each.

Dileep Srivastava, Corporate Secretary of Bumi Resources, claimed that this private placement was intended to meet conversion demands from convertible bondholders, which had been collected until last December 10, 2021.

The convertible bondholders participating in this corporate action were Nuzul Fajri Muhammad Nur of IDR 5.6 million, Ita Haryavita of IDR 6.5 million, Ronald Ferry Pangaribuan of IDR 90 million, and Innovate Capital Pte Ltd of IDR 2.51 trillion.

After this corporate action, BUMI’s issued and paid-up capital increased from 74,274,746,007 shares to 108,772,784,052 shares. They comprise 20,773,400,000 series A shares, 53,501,346,000 series B shares, and 34,498,048,045 series C shares. (LK/ZH)
