JAKARTA. PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) aims to secure marketing sales growth of 10% from the gains reported in 2021, reaching IDR 7.7 trillion this year. Landed house sales are predicted to be responsible for 74% of the said marketing sales target in 2022.
Hermawan Wijaya, Director of Bumi Serpong Damai, then revealed that in order to hit the said target, his company would vigorously introduce high-quality property products. They include landed houses, apartments, house-shops, and other commercial units, which will be offered for between IDR 1 billion to IDR 15 billion.
In order to support this marketing sales target, the company will also count on its recurring income that will be maintained at over 20%. They will expand office and retail businesses in Jakarta and suburban areas like BSD City and Aeon Mall Tanjung Barat.
Out of the marketing sales target of IDR 7.7 trillion, BSDE reckons that 74% of them will be met through landed house sales. Then, another 16% will be gained from other commercial sales, including land plots, house-shops, and condominiums, followed by land sales of 10%.
