JAKARTA – PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BBTN) is set to channel out final dividends in 2021 of IDR 237.62 billion, or IDR 22.43 per share, on March 31, 2022. Kartiningsih, Capital Market Assurance Department Head of Bank Tabungan Negara, announced the plan in the information disclosure quoted Monday (7/3).
It was mentioned that the net profit attributable to the parent company amounted to IDR 2.37 trillion, while the unrestrained retained earnings reached IDR 2.13 trillion. Its total equity clocked up to IDR 21.40 trillion. “The dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2021 follows the result of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting on March 2, 2022,” Kartiningsih confirmed.
The said meeting also set the cum dividend and ex dividend date in the regular and negotiation market to March 11-14, 2022. Then, the cum and ex dates in the cash market are scheduled for March 15-16, 2022. The list of shareholders eligible for the dividends will be closed on March 15, 2022. (LK/ZH)
