BSDE offers Bonds and Sukuk Phase I of IDR 1 trillion

JAKARTA – PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) issues the Shelf-Registration Bonds III Phase I Year 2022 and Shelf-Registration Sukuk Ijarah I Phase I Year 2022 of IDR 1 trillion in total from yesterday (10/3) until March 21, 2022. The bonds are offered with a choice between an interest rate of 6%-6.75% per year and a tenor of three years, or a 7%-7.5% annual interest rate and a five-year tenor.

Herwan Wijaya, Director of Bumi Serpong Damai, claimed that the Shelf-Registered Bonds were worth IDR 800 billion, while the Sukuk Ijarah would be offered for IDR 200 billion. “The bonds and sukuk both received an “idAA-“and “idAA-(sy)” from Pefindo,” he said in the press release quoted Friday (11/3).

According to Wijaya, the proceeds of bonds and sukuk issuance wil be used to develop several property projects in BSD City, which have entered the Phase III, on an area of 2,450 Ha. Furthermore, it will be channelled to pay some bank debts

The company has appointed its underwriters, which include PT Aldicitra Sekuritas Indonesia, PT BCA Sekuritas, PT Mandiri Sekuritas, and PT Indo Premier Sekuritas. Meanwhile, the trustee is PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI). (LK/ZH)
