Mayora Indah to issue bonds of IDR 1.5 trillion, coupon capped at 7.5%

JAKARTA. PT Mayora Indah Tbk (MYOR), a food and beverage manufacturer established circa 1978, arrange the issuance of its Shelf-Registration Bonds II Phase II Year 2022 of IDR 1.5 trillion.

These Bonds II Phase II Year 2022 of MYOR are a part of a more comprehensive Shelf-Registration Public Offering program, targeting to raise IDR 2 trillion. Previously, it had offered bonds worth IDR 500 billion.

This time, MYOR will offer bonds in two series: Series A of IDR 1.2 trillion and Series B of IDR 300 billion. The interest rate applied for Series A is 7% per year with a tenor of five years. Meanwhile, the interest rate for Series B is set to 7.5% per year, with a tenor of seven years.

In the released prospectus, MYOR is said to allocate half of the bonds issuance proceeds to financially aid its subsidiary, PT Torabika Eka Semesta (TES). The rest of it will go to its operational expenditure.

The public offering of Bonds II Phase II Year 2022 of MYOR is scheduled for March 22-24, 2022, followed by the electronic distribution on March 29, 2022.

The companies assigned as underwriters include PT Indo Premier Sekuritas, PT Mandiri Sekuritas, PT BNI Sekuritas, and PT BCA Sekuritas. (KR/ZH)
