CENT secured a syndicated loan worth USD 850 million

JAKARTA – PT Centratama Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (CENT), a telecommunication tower management, was granted a syndicated bank facility capped at USD 850 million. CENT plans to utilise USD 675 million of it to fund the shares acquisition of PT Epid Menara AssetCo and setlle debts, while the remaining USD 175 million goes to operational expenditures.

Yan Raymond Jafri, President Director of Centratama Telekomunikasi Indonesia, confirmed that the credit facility received by the company and its subsidiaries yesterday (16/3) amounted to USD 675 million. “The interest margin is set to 2.25%-3.25% per year plus JIBOR, or the amount of margin plus the existing Secured Overnights Financing Rate reference interest rate issued by CME Group Benchmark Administration Limited and Credit Adjustment Spread,” he explained in detail in the information disclosure quoted Thursday (17/3).

The beneficiaries of this syndicated loan comprise PT Centratama Menara Indonesia (CMI), PT Network Quality Indonesia (NQI), and PT MAC Sarana Djaya (MSD). Meanwhile, the syndicate includes CIMB Bank Berhard, DBS Bank Ltd, ING Bank NV, Singapore Branch, Natixis, Singapore Branch, Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA), PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI), PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (BNGA), PT Bank CTBC Indonesia, PT Bank DBS Indonesia, PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI), MUFG Bank Ltd, Jakarta, PT Bank BTPN Tbk (BTPN), PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (BDMN), and PT Bank Digital BCA.
