JAKARTA – Suganda Setiadi Kurnia, the controller of PT Triwira Insanlestari Tbk (TRIL), is known to be included in the all-points bulletin (APB) in the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation of Metro Jaya Regional Police. Quoting the website, reskrmum.metro.polri.go.id, on Wednesday (23/3), an APB has been put out on Kurnia, who has been ruled as a suspect.
Lukas Maulana Yusuf, President Director of Triwira Insanlestari, claimed that the company received no information regarding the APB on Kurnia by the police. The company acknowledges that Kurnia is involved in debts with other parties in personal. However, there are no relations with the company, our subsidiaries, or any affiliated transactions. “The company does not know about the APB on Kurnia issued by the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation of Metro Jaya Regional Police,” he confrmed in the information disclosure quoted today (23/3).
According to Yusuf, until now, the APB does not impact the operational activities. His company will make contacts with the legal team of Kurnia regarding this status.
TRIL’s controlling shareholder is PT Arthabuana Karya Mandiri, owning 57,92% of the total 1.2 billion shares. Then, PT Hengtraco claims another 14.43% and the public of 28.03%.
The APB is out on Kurnia following the report on June 16, 2021, submitted by the officers of the Unit IV of the Sub-Directorate of Land and Building of Mobile Investigation. (LK/ZH)
