WOM Finance seeks IDR 800 billion by issuing bonds

JAKARTA. PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk (WOMF), also known as WOM Finance, will issue its Shelf-Registration Bonds IV Phase II Year 2022 worth IDR 800 billion in total.

These bonds will be available in two series, which are Series A of IDR 335 billion and Series B of IDR 465 billion. Series A will be offered with an annual interest rate of 4.25% and a tenor of 370 days. Meanwhile, Series B will be equipped with a 6.30% interest rate and a three-year tenor.

In the published prospectus, WOM Finance plans to utilise the entire proceeds of the bonds issuance to support its financing capital. For the record, the realisation of the newly distributed financing of WOMF in 2021 reached IDR 4 trillion, positively shifting 67% from the number in 2020.

The public offering period will start on March 31 and end on April 5, 2022. Meanwhile, the electronic distribution of the bonds is scheduled for April 8, 2022, followed by the recording on April 11, 2022.

The bonds to be offered by WOMF have been granted an “AA-(idn)” from Fitch Ratings Indonesia. The company has also appointed four security companies as the underwriters. They are PT BNI Sekuritas, PT DBS Vickers Sekuritas Indonesia, PT Indo Premier Sekuritas, and PT Maybank Sekuritas Indonesia. (KR/ZH)
