JAKARTA. PT MNC Investama Tbk (BHIT) has signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Microsoft to speed up the digitalisation of several business lines of MNC Group.
The said MoU signing is a part of a partnership initiative of MNC Group in order to employ Microsoft’s technology. It encompasses the cloud technology, machine learning, blockchain—which is intended to simplify the storage system—, company data analysis, and game streaming platform development.
Hary Tanoesoedibjo, Executive Chairman of MNC Group, claimed that the service digitalisation is deemed an urgent need, especially amidst the pressure of constant innovation and growth. “MNC Group is currently transforming digitally is grateful for the opportunity to partner with Microsoft, a world-class technology developer,” he mentioned in the official release.
There will be several corporations under MNC Group that will enjoy the positive impact brought in by the collaboration with Microsoft. They are PT MNC Studios International Tbk (MSIN), PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP), and PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG).
