JAKARTA. PT Perintis Triniti Properti Tbk (TRIN) will conduct a rights issue of 154,428,891 new shares of IDR 100 each.
Based on the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) yesterday (27/3), the total shares involved in this Rights Issue I are equivalent to 3.23% of its entire paid-up capital after the rights issue. In this corporate action, every 30 old shares will be eligble for one preemptive right.
The company aims to raise funds of IDR 138.98 billion. Then, 32.70% of the said fund, after deducting emission fees, will be allocated to the acquisition of a land plot in Labuan Bajo of 193,400 m2. Another 33.03% will be spent on purchasing another land in lampung of 93.018 m2, while the remaining 34.27% of the fund will be channelled to pay long-term debts to the company’s shareholders and enhance its working capital.
